Anna's specializes in soft breads and buns as opposed to the
hard crusty breads that are now flooding the market. After all, it is not hard to make
hard bread. Our breads have paper thin crusts and do not conatin any chemicals or
emulsifiers to soften our doughs. We do it the old fahioned way by mixing our dough fresh
each day instead of keeping it refrigerated or stored over 2 or 3 days. They re-bake or
even microwave well (but must be eaten right away due to moisture loss).
We believe the less chemicals in our products the better. Thus, please remember
to store our breads carefully as they will go moldy in only 3 to 5 days. It has to make
you wonder what other people are using if their breads don't go moldy after 2 weeks or
more.
