This cake has been featured in Real Weddings Magazine and BC Weddings. Having gaps in between the tiers helps make the cake easier to serve as well as adding height to the cake. As we use only real fresh cream and butter cream for all of our cakes which are soft, light creams as opposed to hard stiff creams. Any stacked cakes higher than 3 tiers require that we introduce gaps between the layers for on-site assembly. Check out our 4 tier, stacked with gaps cakes.
