This is a very versatile cake. Shown here with Sugared Fresh Fruit, you can use Fresh Flowers or even Flower Petals  to decorate this cake very elegantly as well.

As we use only real fresh cream and butter cream for all of our cakes which are soft, light creams as opposed to hard stiff creams. Any stacked cakes higher than 3 tiers require that we introduce gaps between the layers for on-site assembly. Check out our 4 tier, stacked with gaps cakes.

Sugaring, although popular, can be troublesome as the natural moisture from the fruits themselves will dissolve the sugaring over time. It is not uncommon to see sugared fruits sugaring start to run in as little as half an hour even if the cake is refrigerated. To combat this, sugaring on-site can be done or fruits with skins (like grapes) can be used. You can see that this cake's sugaring is starting to run.
