versatile cake.
Sugaring, although popular, can be troublesome as the
natural moisture from the fruits themselves will dissolve the sugaring over time. It is
not uncommon to see sugared fruits start to run in as little as half an hour even if the
cake is refrigerated. To combat this, sugaring on-site can be done or fruits with skins
(like grapes) can be used or we can just use the fruits with no sigaring.

As we use only real fresh cream and butter cream for all of
our cakes which are soft, light creams as opposed to hard stiff creams. Any stacked cakes
higher than 3 tiers require that we introduce gaps between the layers for on-site
