We are very well known of our Chestnut Cake as we are very generous
with our chestnuts. Most bakeries add potatoes to their chestnuts as filler to reduce the
food costs on their chestnut cakes. We only use 100% All Real Chestnuts with NO fillers. A
little difference in price, a HUGE difference in taste! Our Chestnut cake has a layer of
sponge cake at the bottom followed by a thin layer of cream. Then we pave the surface with
our own roasted and ground chestnuts and pipe cream on the top to finish it off. This cake
is shown in it's most basic form above. If you choose, you can have it decorated in any
style below. |
