This is the most basic fruit mousse cake that we make. The mousse
layer(s) are on top and a layer of sponge cake made from real butter lines the bottom. Our
fruit mousse flavours are Mango, strawberry and Pineapple-Coconut ( mixed together like a
Chi-Chi). We can also make any combination of mousse as well. The 2 most popular
combinations are Mango & Strawbery and Mango & Pineapple-Coconut. |
